How much does the Kobra cost?
The Kobra Flash Modifier Kit starts at $65.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What shipping methods do you use, and how long does shipping take?
We ship using USPS Priority mail. Orders are typically shipped from our office within 2-6 calendar days after your order is placed. Domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days; International shipping normally takes 6-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship using USPS Priority shipping, which takes 6-10 business days. Please note that any customs or duties charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Why do I have to pay customs charges?
Each country determines what it’s customs charges are going to be for each type of imported product. When a manufacturer has a distributor in another country, the distributor will often manage the importing, and pay the customs fees, subsequently working the customs charges into the price of the product. This is why some products sold overseas are much more expensive to buy in one country than in another -- cell phones, are a good example. Because we do not currently have a distributor in any other countries, the consumer will need to pay the customs charges directly to their country of import, as they are not worked into the product price.

Will it work with my flash?
The Kobra band and modifier will fit most speedlight flash units such as the following:

Cactus RF60X
Canon 430EXII
Canon 580EXII
Flashpoint eVolv 200
Godox AD200
Godox TT685
Godox V860 II
Meike MK910
Nikon SB-5000
Pentax AF 540FGZ
Yongnuo YN560

Unfortunately the Kobra band & modifier will not fit the following small flashes:

Olympus FL600r
Godox 350
Flashpoint Zoom-Mini TTL R2 Flash
Nissin i40
Pentax AF201 FG

Some larger flash units, such as the Godox AD200, may be a tighter fit. A small amount of gentle heat, such as from a hair dryer, should warm the band so that it becomes more pliable.

Does the silicone yellow?
All silicone does eventually yellow with exposure to UV light, however, the Kobra is produced using a silicone additive that delays yellowing. It will take significantly longer than average silicone products for yellowing to occur, and the amount of exposure to UV light will have an effect on this.

To switch from horizontal to vertical, do you need to modify the position of the Kobra Band?
You do not need to move the band, only turn the modifier 90 degrees.

Is there a forum where users can discuss the use of the Kobra and share photos?
